Malta’s beach soccer team is intensifying preparations ahead of the European Beach Soccer League Division B tournament, which will be held in Castellammare di Stabia, Italy, from the 25th to the 27th of July.
This week marked the start of the team’s third training camp as they build towards the competition. The squad gathered for their first session last week, showing great enthusiasm ahead of this important tournament. Coaches and players alike have expressed optimism about the group’s focus and determination to perform well in the upcoming matches.
Malta will face three tough opponents in the tournament. Their first match is scheduled for Friday, 25th July against Norway at 11:15 AM. The team will then take on Romania on Saturday, 26th July at 12:30 PM, followed by their final group match against Kazakhstan on Sunday, 27th July at 11:15 AM.
The tournament provides an important platform for Malta to showcase its beach soccer talent on the European stage.
