MATCH POSTPONED IN EUROLEAGUE: Maccabi does not play against Olimpia Milano, canceled matches in Eurocup and FIBA Champions League

The second round in the Euroleague will continue on Thursday and Friday, and the match between Maccabi Tel Aviv and Olimpia Milano will be postponed due to the state of war in Israel.

The Ministry of Culture and Sports of Israel announced today that all sporting events have been canceled until further notice, due to the state of war in the country following the attack by Hamas.

Maccabi will not play on the road in Milan, and a new date for the second round of the Euroleague will be determined later.

Hapoel Tel Aviv will not play the Lithuanian Wolves at home in the Eurocup, while Hapoel Jerusalem’s match against Benfica in Lisbon in the FIBA Champions League should also be postponed.

Foreigners on basketball teams have the option to leave Israel during the weekend and be transported to Greece.
