It is known who will replace Curry, Zion, and Durant - Markkanen starter

A week before the All-Star weekend, it is known who will replace the injured Steph Curry, Kevin Durant, and Zion Williamson.

The NBA officially announced that Anthony Edwards from Minnesota, Deron Fox from Sacramento, and Pascal Siakam from Toronto will get a chance instead.

Although the injured superstars were planned as starters, their replacements will still not be able to make it into the starting five, so Joel Embiid and Ja Morant will be on the floor from the first minute instead of Curry and Williamson, as well as Lauri Markkanen instead of Durant.

LeBron James and Giannis Antetokounmpo will choose the teams of 22 voted players before the start of the game.

This will be the first time for Edwards, Fox, and Markkanen to participate in the All-Star game, while Siakam already participated three years ago.

The “all-star” game will be played on February 19.
