Athleta Basketball Club have announced the signing of Michela Marmara ahead of the upcoming season.
The club said Marmara will be part of both the Senior Ladies and Under-23 teams as she continues her development.
Marmara has been playing basketball since the age of 10 and has gained experience with Luxol and Hibernians. She has also represented Malta at Under-16, Under-18 and Under-20 level.
Her achievements include an Under-18 Division C gold medal and an Under-16 Division C bronze medal, along with several domestic titles during her teenage years.
Athleta described Marmara as competitive, determined and eager to improve, while also noting her commitment in balancing basketball with her law studies.
