Nikola Jokic, a Serbian center, and a Denver player achieved a new historical result in his career.
The Serbian basketball player crossed the 10,000-point mark in the NBA league and is currently at 10,001 points.
With this record, Jokic became the second player in NBA history to reach 10,000 points, 5,000 rebounds, and 3,000 career assists.
He achieved all that in 516 games, only one more than Larry Bird.
“That man, his physical fitness, plays every night, man. With the weight, he carries on his shoulders every night. Every night. And that is not a burden that everyone can carry. “Only three or four players in the league are capable of that,” said Austin Rivers.
Jokic is scoring 26 points this season with 13.8 rebounds and 8.1 assists, and in his NBA career 19.4 points, 10.3 rebounds, and 6.2 assists.
