Joel Embiid, the center of Philadelphia, has officially become the scoring leader in the NBA league for the 2021/22 season.
The Cameroonian basketball player is averaging 30.6 points this season.
He becomes the first center with the scoring title after the 1990/20 season when the title won a former basketball player Shaquille O’Neal.
Philadelphia last had the NBA league’s top scorer back in 2005 when Allen Iverson took home the award for the fourth time.
