DONCIC DOMINATED IN THE TEXAS DERBY: Houston powerless in the 'American Airlines Center'

In the Texas derby, Dallas defeated the Houston Rockets at the American Airlines Center with a score of 121:115 on the wings of Luka Doncic.

During most of the first half, the Dallas team was dominant and at one point led with a maximum advantage of 14 points. However, at the end of the second half, Houston woke up and at halftime, the score was 54:50.

The problems for Dallas continued at the beginning of the third quarter. Houston played much better on offense and they played the most efficient quarter with 38 points, which was enough for an 84:88 advantage before the last 12 minutes.

However, Luka Doncic was unstoppable in the fourth quarter. He played all 12 minutes and scored 12 points during that time, followed by Irving with 11. The two of them directed the turnaround and eventually brought victory to Dallas with a score of 121:115.

Luka Doncic was one step away from a triple-double with 41 points, along with nine rebounds and assists. Kyrie Irving finished the match with 27 points, while Derrick Jones Jr. added 15 points from the bench, along with six rebounds.

At Houston, Alperen Sengun stood out with 31 points, nine rebounds and six assists. Brooks and Smith added 16 points each, while Fred VanVleet recorded a double-double with 10 points and 12 assists.
