Baskonia has officially announced that the club parted ways with American player, Lamar Peters after the player suffered an injury.
Peters was recently injured and decided to take care of his own recovery and return to the United States. According to Baskonia, he was supposed to be off the field for five to six weeks.
He wore the Baskonia jersey for three months, after signing for the team in November.
He played 22 matches for the Spanish team, of which 15 were Euroleague matches. He averaged 4.7 points and 2.6 assists in the Euroleague.
