Excitement for the FIFA World Cup 2026™ is continuing to grow with the release of Dai Dai, a new track by Shakira and Burna Boy via Sony Music Latin. Now available on all major streaming platforms, the song reflects the energy, passion and global spirit expected to define the tournament.
Dai Dai has been named the official song of the FIFA World Cup 2026™ in support of the FIFA Global Citizen Education Fund, which aims to raise $100 million by the end of the competition to expand access to quality education and football opportunities for children worldwide.
Shakira is collaborating with Global Citizen and FIFA to support education initiatives in underserved communities, with her royalties from the track being donated to the fund. Sony Music has also pledged to match the first $250,000 raised.
She is also set to co-headline the FIFA World Cup 2026™ Final Halftime Show on Sunday, 19 July. In a historic first for the tournament, the final will include a halftime performance, bringing together global artists in a moment that blends sport, culture and purpose in support of the education fund.
Following the earlier releases of Lighter, Por Ella, Echo and Illuminate, the official FIFA World Cup 2026™ album will continue to roll out in the coming weeks, with more singles expected as anticipation for the tournament builds.
Featuring artists from a wide range of continents, genres and cultures, the evolving soundtrack aims to reflect the diversity and global appeal of the FIFA World Cup™, uniting fans through both music and football.
