Future and Tyla team up for new FIFA World Cup 2026 single 'Game Time'

The build-up to the FIFA World Cup 2026 has been given a musical boost, with the release of the latest single from the Official FIFA World Cup 2026 Album. The new track, Game Time, brings together American rapper Future and South African pop star Tyla, and is out now on all streaming platforms alongside an official music video.

Produced by four-time Grammy Award-winning producer Cirkut, the high-energy hip-hop track marks a first for a FIFA World Cup soundtrack, bringing the genre to the Official Album for the very first time. Driven by bold brass and booming percussion, the song captures the rush and anticipation of the final moments before kick-off, mirroring the excitement felt by fans and players across the globe as the tournament draws near.

Future, a three-time Grammy winner, and Tyla, a two-time Grammy winner, bring their distinct styles together to create a track that bridges different musical worlds while channelling the collective excitement surrounding the tournament.

Speaking about the release, Future said: “The World Cup is a global stage. We made a record to match that energy. Now you know it’s Game Time. I’m excited to bring that energy to the Opening Ceremony in Los Angeles.”

Tyla added: “Being part of the Official FIFA World Cup 2026 Album feels like a full circle moment — from South Africa hosting the World Cup in 2010. I’m so excited to perform at the opening ceremony. Let’s go Bafana Bafana.”

Game Time will be performed live at the star-studded opening ceremony at Los Angeles Stadium on Friday, 12th June, ahead of the first match on United States soil.
